Hommage Mathurin Méheut

Du 27 février au 30 juin 2013, le Musée national de la Marine à Paris présente une exposition dédiée à l’ œuvre de Mathurin Méheut, artiste breton connu pour ses représentations marines. Ses illustrations de poissons (esturgeon, homard, oursin, langouste, sardine, anguille) ornent depuis toujours les assiettes blanches et bleues des établissements Prunier. C’est donc tout naturellement que le restaurant Prunier a élaboré un menu spécial pour rendre hommage à ce grand artiste amoureux de la mer.
